You would get regular trade value minus whatever deductions they take off for not having the game case and cover. Therefore EB's deal is better. I've always needed a case when trading in and even that can be ymmv but the EB I go to has never required the insert, they just end up using those orange inserts they write the title on.

Not to mention with Best Buy's staffing levels and their seeming steadfast refusal to train their employees on anything when I was there the other day the cashier didn't want to return my Avengers preorder because the order said it had been placed June and that was "well outside the return period" almost nothing in that store gets done in under 10 minutes.
