If you do not have sufficient balance to process the transactions individually in any of the currencies available on your card, the transaction is declined even if the collective balances on the card across all currencies is sufficient to process the transaction. Else the amount needs to be refunded within days from the date of arrival. This is as per RBI guidelines.
