It is the worst company I know. I was trading with relatively low leverage.
When I see that my leverage exceeded 10, I immediately deposit money. However it did not come to my account for 5 hours.

I decided to chat with the support but they were telling me it will take extra 10 hours or so. After 5 mins. According to them, it is not possible to get the deposit for extra 10 hours. I am sure that they are just waiting for stop hunt, telling me I have to wait. I deposit the money by neteller and it is very surprising that I need to wait so long. FXDD is a scam.

I told him first I want to test the platform before depositing as they had a promotional offer of 25 dollar. Since, then i been getting one excuse after another about deposit bonus and just excuse to depsoit my money and start trading with them. Their excuses varies from we were not aware to with in three days to one week to bank holiday to did not recieve your request.
I plan on closing FXDD accountspread is too high actually and loss incurred easily even with their Demo. Thank you for all the information. The worst broker that may exist, I do not recommend to anyone.

Your money halves until they are continually losing money. FXRPO is good! When I chatted with support Lucy told me to increase the parameter that governed the spread so it would trade and seemed miffed when I indcated she was no help. Of course it just could be my bad luck. Thats funny highflyer. I was hoping more people would comment on FXDD. I am looking into them. I have been live trading with FXDD for a few weeks and have no complaints up to now. All emails are answered quickly and customer service although rather brusque give me the answer I need fast. I previously demo traded too which was fine. I must say though that it is my 1st live trading account so I have nothing to compare it to.
I emailed their marketing desk and as yet I have not received an answer. As forexsavior has preached in each of his postings, do your due diligence. The chart pretty much explains it; the problem that is, not why it happens, as this is not the first time? If they have the balls to do this on a demo account, I cannot imagine what kind of sangria they can do on a live one. I have never had a live account, but looking at these kind of things, it really brings me down in terms of opening an account. When setting take profits and stop losses always account for the spread.
Just a thought. Hope it helps. I was with FXDD, live account, for over a year with no complaints. Email support was always top notch. In the end, now the account is zero.
